Becoming a SmartPractice Client

Changing your practice management software (or implementing from scratch) is much like changing your bank, it seems a bit daunting, the hassle, the paperwork the time! Don't let the thought stand between you and a compliant practice! And yes, it is going to take some time, we're not going to lie to you, but we have developed a QUICK setup system that will EASE the process, creating an easy schedule format for quick installation.

The initial stages of a relationship, like any, require time spent getting to know you and your practice. We want a better understanding of how it ticks and meet some of the key people in the business. We believe that the workflow for every accounting and auditing practice differs, so there is no one-size-fits-all approach to our software implementation and the effective use of the Accufile toolkit.

A dedicated director-led team will steer you through the setup and implementation process and from thereon you will have access to a team with a wealth of experience and specialised knowledge of the software.

Setup a trial version

By following our link and providing us with basic information you will gain quick access to our software, you can create demo clients or synchronise your own clients and use live reporting. Our step by step setup will guide you and you will also have the support of our team throughout.

Request a one-on-one demo

You can fill out our contact sheet to allow us to set up an informal, no-obligation and free meeting with a member of our senior management team. In this meeting, we can start to find out a bit more about your practice, your staff complement, current software and what we can provide as alternative whilst demonstrating our capabilities using online tools.

Handling all the paperwork

Once you have decided you want to start working with us (trial or full implementation), we will arrange that all paperwork including a confidentiality declaration and our terms of business are compiled and communicated.

Step by Step Setup

We are unashamedly SAGE ONE and SAGE Pastel people and integration and synchronisation with these products' databases are effortless and easy. All people aren't the same and therefore we have performed conversions from Quickbooks, Xero and others, it just takes a bit more time and work! Depending on the product and the ability to access the information, some of the modules might have limited functionality.
